PLACEMENT & ONBOARDING

After the interview, the next step in the placement process is a brief English proficiency assessment to ensure strong communication skills. Once completed, the candidate will be introduced to the client for a final meeting. If both sides are aligned, we’ll proceed with onboarding, training, covering all tools, systems, and expectations to ensure a smooth start.
